Hello!

My name is Cindy Kojm and I am the founder and lead coach of Kojm and Company, LLC. My coaching journey began with a belief in the power of opportunity and possibility. I launched my company in 2014 to support small business owners, entrepreneurs, and those looking to grow their wealth, and leadership skills, and journey down the path of personal growth.

As a coach, my goal is to empower individuals to become leaders not only in their fields but in their everyday lives. By providing guidance and support, I help clients unlock their full potential and develop the skills necessary to achieve their goals and immediate outcomes. Whether you’re just starting in your career or looking to take the next step, I’ll work with you to create a roadmap for success that takes into account your unique strengths and interests.

As a trainer, I bring energy, insight, systems, and processes to my client’s workshops and seminars. I specialize in teaching the behaviors and habits required for disciplined success. Using personalized materials, I help clients understand how to develop the habits and disciplines needed to grow their businesses to the optimum level.

As a transformation coach, I help clients challenge their current mindset and immediate beliefs by promoting self-awareness and finding realistic solutions to those challenges. By understanding past and current programming, we develop action steps with habits and disciplines for optimal results. This promotes understanding of your personality and behavior (DISC) traits, an essential part of how you lead, communicate, problem-solve, build relationships, and interact with others in your daily life.

When I’m not coaching, training, or speaking, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and crocheting all while drinking some tea.
